Zeit ist sowohl f\u00fcr Kunden als auch f\u00fcr eMopper wertvoll. Deshalb haben wir eine Stornierungsrichtlinie<\/strong> f\u00fcr Kunden und eMopper eingef\u00fchrt, die auch Umbuchungen abdeckt. Mit der Annahme unserer Allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen akzeptieren Sie die in dieser Stornierungsrichtlinie festgelegten Bedingungen.<\/p>\n

Wenn ein Kunde einen Auftrag weniger als 12 Stunden vor Beginn oder in letzter Minute storniert, verlieren unsere eMopper ihr Einkommen und ihr Zeitplan wird durcheinandergebracht. Die Stornogeb\u00fchren der Kunden decken die Zeit der eMopper und die Kosten der eMop-Plattform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/colgroup>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
